At Penyffordd Football Club, we believe every player should have the opportunity to develop, progress and enjoy football in an environment that supports them at every stage of their journey. Our pathway provides clear opportunities from a child's very first kick of a ball through to senior football, ensuring players can continue representing the club they call home.

Players begin their journey in our Mini Kickers programme before progressing through our junior teams. Boys and girls have the opportunity to play together in mixed football for as long as they choose under FAW regulations. For those who wish to, our dedicated Lionesses pathway provides girls with the opportunity to progress into girls' football, with an ambitious vision to establish teams at every age group and create a clear route through to women's football.

More than simply progressing through age groups, our pathway is about developing confident individuals, building friendships, encouraging a lifelong love of the game and creating a footballing home where every player belongs.
